Remember when documents had to be signed with a pen? Remember waiting by the fax machine to receive one final signature to guarantee a purchase or sale?
Believe it or not, it’s only been five years since CREA WEBForms® introduced e-signatures as an add-on feature (re-experience that original blog post). Since then, it’s become your hub for easily creating and sharing real estate documents and forms with clients.
CREA WEBForms® offers you choice
While other forms solution software forces you to use one supplier for e-signatures, CREA WEBForms® is committed to offering you choices.
In fact, CREA WEBForms® is the only forms solution software allowing you to pick from four major e-signature providers.
In addition, CREA continues to add additional e-signature providers, including EZMax, which was added last January.
How does this help my business?
With CREA WEBForms®, you’ll be able to save time and money with your preferred e-signature provider. You’ll be able to use the e-signature tool you’re most comfortable with and can continue to enhance customer satisfaction by allowing clients to sign documents anytime and anywhere.
It also means you will always have a choice, so if you are no longer satisfied with your current e-signature provider, you can switch without having to leave your preferred hub for real estate forms – CREA WEBForms®.
Remember, the use of e-signatures varies by province. All CREA WEBForms® users have the capability to use any one of the e-signature providers. If you are unsure whether you can use e-signatures, please contact your local board/association or lawyer.
To add an e-signature provider, follow these four simple steps:
- Visit WEBForms.ca;
- Select Tools in the top right menu bar;
- Select “Add-on Services”; and
- Pick your preferred vendor.
