Last fall, CREA conducted a Canadian Commercial Council of REALTORS® (CCC) member survey to measure the changing wants and needs of commercial practitioners, their opinions and attitudes, their expectations and impressions and their satisfaction with CREA’s commercial product and services. The goal of this research was to provide a fundamental building block in the development of CREA’s renewed strategic direction for CCC members.
The data visualization below was created by CREA’s design team based on the findings from the survey, conducted by independent research firm Framework Partners. It illustrates the make-up of our CCC members, demographics, services they find important and how they do marketing.
- There are over 6,300 commercial real estate practitioners in Canada.
- 57% of commercial real estate practitioners work full-time in commercial real estate.
- 62% of commercial real estate practitioners use print advertising.
- 88% of commercial real estate practitioners prefer face-to-face networking.
CREA’s CCC represents commercial real estate specialists from Boards and Associations across Canada.
