The MLS® Home Price Index (HPI) is the best and purest way to gauge home price trends. Using neighbourhood level data, REALTORS® are able to find the home that best fits homebuyers’ finances and desired lifestyle. In this short video, we show you what we mean in the fictional town of CREAville.
