Life as a REALTOR® can get hectic and sometimes information important to you and your business gets lost in the hustle and bustle of life. That’s why we recently made it a mission to help you stay informed and up to date on industry trends.
In March 2020, we officially launched a new magazine called REAL TIME, curated to help you grow your business and provide you useful real estate-related insights.
“Our vision for our new magazine, REAL TIME, is simple: to help you enhance and grow your business,” says Michael Bourque, CREA’s Chief Executive Officer. “Broken down into three main idea—business, industry and homes—our quarterly magazine will keep you up to speed and is easy to read. From tips and insights on using REALTOR.ca, to why DDF® partnerships continue to put your listings in front of more Canadians, we’ll take a closer look at housing market trends and dig deep on policy issues facing the industry.”
For those of you who haven’t had a chance to read the print edition, which is sent to brokerage offices across the country, you’re in luck. Our fully interactive platform, optimized for mobile reading, is easy to access whether you’re at your desk or on the go.
Our second issue is packed with everything from dissecting what makes millennial buyers different from starter-home upgraders and informing clients about the best money saving practices to showing you the ins and outs of the new CREA Stats Centre.
We’ve also launched a podcast by the same name to engage with, inspire and empower REALTORS® through conversations with exciting guests. This podcast focuses on all things Canadian real estate, including impacts to our industry, profession and communities.
We’ve lined up two incredible hosts to help bring REAL TIME to life in both English and French: motivational keynote speaker and best-selling author Erin Davis and well-known public figure and host Mitsou Gélinas.
Get the latest episodes of REAL TIME (and our French podcast EN DIRECT) on our website and subscribe wherever you listen to podcasts.
Now more than ever, it’s important we stay connected. What topics would you like to see covered in our magazine or on our podcast? Let us know in the Comments.
