REALTOR.ca partners with Scotiabank eHOME to display your listings

You can add another partnership to the list! We’ve teamed up with one of the largest banks in Canada to increase the exposure of your listings and strengthen the REALTOR® brand.

The Canadian Real Estate Association and Scotiabank have partnered to bring your listings to Scotiabank eHOME, a digital mortgage experience that modernizes how Canadians can get a mortgage.

“People in the market for a new home visit multiple websites during their home buying journey—and not just real estate websites. This partnership with Scotiabank provides a great opportunity to further extend the reach of REALTOR® listings nationally and match home buyers with the right property at a key point in their home buying journey,” said Patrick Pichette, Vice-President, REALTOR.ca.

Users of eHOME can now search for REALTOR® listings directly within the platform—all powered by REALTOR.ca. All leads generated are directed back to the listing agent, and anyone requesting more information is sent to the full listing on REALTOR.ca.

This means more national exposure for your listings from buyers who are ready to purchase homes. Not to mention re-enforcing the value of using a REALTOR®.

How can I get my listings on Scotiabank eHOME?

Your broker needs to allow these permissions through REALTOR.ca DDF®. Using DDF®, brokers can decide which channels listings are sent to, including Scotiabank, The Globe and Mail, TD Bank, Kijiji and more. Talk to your broker about getting setup.

You can turn off the feed for your own listings using field 60 in your MLS® System. You aren’t able to individually turn off this option using DDF®. Any leads or inquiries that come through our Real Estate Advertising and Partner Websites are returned to the owner of the listing.
