Save Time, Gain Exposure: REALTOR.ca DDF® Partners with Microsoft Bing

Microsoft has selected REALTOR.ca DDF® as their source of Canadian real estate listing data for their new Microsoft Bing search experience—learn more about what this means for you below.

Technology changes the way we live our lives. Sometimes a simple change can save us a ton of time.

For example, one of my favorite time savers is mobile cheque deposit. I no longer need to go to the bank, stand in a long line and fill out a form, just to deposit a cheque. Now, I just log in to an app and snap a photo of my cheque. The money is in my account in seconds I can go back to working on products that help save you time.

As REALTORS®, you don’t want to waste time manually entering listings on various websites when you could be talking with clients or scheduling live stream open houses. This is where REALTOR.ca DDF® comes in.

REALTOR.ca DDF® makes it quick and easy to distribute your listings to major brands such as TD Bank, Scotiabank, The Globe and Mail, and Scott McGillivray’s Real Smart Deal—all powered by REALTOR.ca. Need to make a change to your listing? No problem, just go into your MLS® system, update your listings, and let DDF® do the rest.

We’re excited to announce our latest REALTOR.ca DDF® partnership: Microsoft Bing. This means your listings will be displayed during relevant real estate related searches using the Bing search engine.

While Microsoft has a similar search experience in the U.S. with multiple service providers, Microsoft has exclusively selected REALTOR.ca DDF® as the most comprehensive and reliable source for Canadian real estate listings to be the sole provider of listings for the Canadian search experience.

What does this mean for you?

Not only will your listings receive increased exposure, but all leads generated go directly back to the listing agent, no referral fees to display your listings, and best of all—with REALTOR.ca DDF® your listings are displayed on Bing without manual entry. So, you can spend more time connecting with your clients.

Fun fact: REALTOR.ca DDF® drove nearly 654,000 email leads to REALTORS® in 2020, up from 423,000 in 2019!

  1. What about Commercial Listings and Searches? Will this have functionality for Commercial professionals? We need tools as well, seems most of the focus is supporting residential brokers but given the hot residential market where homes sell by themselves.
