Did you hear? There was an important election this week. The Liberals won the Yukon election. And 90 people were able to vote solely because a helicopter flew ballots across the Yukon River, which hadn’t frozen over yet.

Oh, you thought I was talking about the U.S. election? OK, here’s some Donald news. The White House could be in for a serious Trump-style makeover filled with gold, marble, candelabras and chandeliers.

The value of President-elect Donald Trump’s childhood home in New York just skyrocketed. And it will be up for auction soon. It was originally listed for $1.65 million in July.

The Obamas aren’t moving far from their current White House digs. They will be living in an exclusive Washington, D.C. neighbourhood, renting this charming 8,200-square-foot house.

But, they may have felt more at home in this Texas White House replica for sale.

Speaking of moving, Canadian REALTORS® could have some star-studded clients soon. Here’s a list of celebrities who said they’d move to Canada if Donald Trump won the election.

You probably know the Citizenship and Immigration Canada website crashed on election night. Well, REALTORS® have already started fielding calls from everyday Americans looking to move north.

And American REALTORS® are capitalizing on these results by offering to sell potential expats’ homes in the U.S.
