What happens when you call CREA?

We know we throw a lot of numbers at you: housing statistics, listing statistics, REALTOR.ca traffic and referrals and more. But the most important number of all … the one all members should know and memorize is the one that puts you in touch with CREA Member Support.

Think of our Member Support team as your pit crew. They’re the ultimate support team for REALTORS®, Boards and Associations across Canada, answering your questions and providing technical support on our products and services.

So, just what does a year of support to over 110,000 REALTORS® and some 90 real estate Boards and Associations look like? Here’s a breakdown of last year’s numbers:

WHO’S CALLING?

WHAT ARE MEMBERS ASKING ABOUT?

HOW ARE WE DOING?

More than 20 per cent of our calls or emails relate to more complex issues, feature and enhancement requests which take time to work their way through the CREA Product and Development Teams. So, the next time you’re wondering, “Why can’t I find my listing on REALTOR.ca?” or “Why am I experiencing technical difficulties with WEBForms®?” our talented team – Ryan, Kimberly, Wendy, Samy, Maiga, Rita, Cyriaque and Tirzah – are ready to help.

And, while our Member Support team’s primary focus is to help you, our REALTOR® members, at the end of the day, every call helps us, too! The questions, feedback and suggestions we receive provide invaluable insight into our products and services!

Now, what was that number again?

As former Consumer Insights Manager, Paul Dombowsky knows trends. Paul joined the team in early 2013, reporting on typical and atypical web statistics, tracking involvement with REALTORS® across all platforms, and developed a culture of measurement, engagement, and evidence-based decision making. When not at work, Paul splits his time penning a book on digital engagement and speaking on the topic at various events around the world; a pretty good gig considering his passion for travel and photography.
