Jill Oudil has been a REALTOR® since 1992. Pursuing her passion for the REALTOR® community and board work, Oudil has taken as much advanced training as possible. This has been paramount in her developing high-level understanding of good governance. As President of REBGV, she developed many skill sets which served her well in being both a Director and leader in the REALTOR® association community. Oudil always listens carefully, giving full consideration, to all sides of an issue and she strives to get things accomplished for the industry.
