Help Promote the Value of Working With a REALTOR® This Fall

Building on the success of our spring ad campaign, the Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA) is excited to relaunch “Together, we’ll make home happen”, this fall – and we want you to take part!

The ad campaign is a celebration of the expertise, dedication, and connection a REALTOR® brings to their clients. Each ad demonstrates from search to sale, a REALTOR® understands their client’s unique needs, and will help them find the perfect place to call home.

As REALTORS®, you have direct lines of communication to Canadian home buyers, sellers, and renters. This fall, we’re hoping you can use these channels to help amplify our message.  We’ve developed free ad assets inspired by the national ad campaign you can use for these channels. You can use these assets on your channels to amplify the fall campaign, and to promote your services throughout the year. 

How you can be a part of the national ad campaign

We’ve curated social posts, website banners and billboard ads you can use to promote the value you bring as a REALTOR® during one of the most important purchases people will make in their lifetime.

You can find these free ad assets on CREA’s member portal, along with design templates which can be used to add custom visuals and copy.

Fall campaign already reaching Canadians 

“Together, we’ll make home happen” runs until November 6. The ad messaging remains the same, while the mixed media strategy has shifted to the campaign’s highest impact media channels. This includes an expansion of social and “out of home” ads, and the continued feature of “Larger than Life” on online video and streaming channels.

An adapted version of the campaign will also run in the Greater Toronto and Greater Vancouver areas, targeting South Asian audiences. The ads will echo “Together, we’ll make home happen” with visual and creative elements that are representative of South Asian cultures.
