What Does Professionalism Mean to REALTORS®?

How can we ensure REALTORS® continue to be seen as the epitome of professionalism in real estate?

The Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA) has partnered with Saint Mary’s University to conduct research on professionalism and we’re looking for REALTORS® in Canada to share their unique perspective. It’s a way for REALTORS® to help improve how they’re perceived in Canada. The research will be managed by Dr. Mark Fleming and his research team at Saint Mary’s University.

Our goal is to develop a professionalism framework to promote and strengthen a culture of professionalism among REALTORS® in Canada.

We want to know how you communicate with clients, how you feel about ongoing training or professional development, your perception of how well REALTORS® understand rules and regulations and how you interact with other REALTORS® at your brokerage or in your service area.

The survey uses a ranking system for most questions, so all you need to do is click through, but feel free to leave long form answers if you have more to say!

It all comes back to helping you: our REALTOR® members. The feedback we receive from the survey will inform future educational and development opportunities provided by CREA, which means we can better support you and your business.
