Connecting consumers with commercial REALTORS® like never before

While REALTOR.ca may well-known for its residential listings, it’s important to remember it’s also one of Canada’s busiest commercial real estate websites.

The transition of commercial property listings from ICX.ca to REALTOR.ca offered REALTORS® the chance to have their listings viewed by even more visitors – more than 4.2 million unique daily visitors, to be specific. In fact, there are now more than 16,000 sessions on average each day on REALTOR.ca/Commercial, generating over 16,000 leads every month.

How does that help you, our REALTOR® members?

The new REALTOR.ca/Commercial converts 11% better than ICX.ca in email leads to REALTORS® and offices – a number we’re working to continue to improve.

So far this year, REALTOR.ca has delivered more than 132,000 leads to commercial REALTORS® through three touch points: Email a REALTOR®, Email Office and Phone a REALTOR®. This is a 36% increase over the same period in 2016. In the end, conversion numbers are what matter most to us and REALTORS®.
