How REALTORS® can save time, money, and trees with the latest WEBForms® features

WEBForms® keeps getting better. Last winter, we expanded WEBForms® to include electronic signatures, to give you and your clients more signing flexibility. And now, we’ve partnered with two vendors to provide affordable Document and Transaction Management solutions that improve the ways you can interact with your WEBForms® data and help you go paperless:

TransactionDesk® by Instanet is a complete cloud-based document and transaction management solution. It includes unlimited online document storage integrated with your WEBForms® account. It also includes access from your smartphone through DocBox2Go, branding with your company or team logos, unlimited toll-free faxing (inbound and outbound), task management with automated email reminders, and the ability to collaborate online with your buyers and sellers via controlled online access. This service is offered to our members for $39/year.

Faltour Electronic Document Management (EDM) is a web-based real estate transaction and document management solution. Files and documents are stored and archived on secure and unlimited Canadian storage facilities. The built-in workflows take charge of complex office processes and remind REALTORS® of important dates. This service is offered to our members for $39.95/year.

These new Document and Transaction Management services help REALTORS® work from anywhere, anytime with all your files and documents right in the palm of your hand. The ease of use and unlimited storage offer flexibility, peace of mind, and can help save significant time and money, not to mention trees. By taking advantage of one of these cloud-based solutions, REALTORS® can save on costs associated with printing, document storage, shredding, transporting files between offices and clients, as well as time spent filing and retrieving documents.
