Certified Real Estate Team Specialist (C-RETS) Certificate (Multiple Dates)
Back by popular demand, this year we have two opportunities to take both C-RETS courses and earn your C-RETS certificate. This certificate gives leadership advice specific to REALTORS® and is designed to improve team development, individual leadership skills, and financial performance. With this certificate, you can identify your dedication to excellence in your business.
The C-RETS certificate also counts towards the Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager (CRB) Designation Program.
Designing and Sustaining Successful Teams
This course is designed for members looking to start a team and focuses on ways to build unity to advance your client relations and profitability.

Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®) Designation (May 21-23, 2024)
Demographics are shifting in Canada. Much like working with younger generations, seniors have their own unique needs. SRES® is designed to help REALTORS® better understand the nuances of working with this generational demographic, like relevant tax law considerations, and how to provide effective counsel based on the unique needs of your clients.
