REALTORS® Are Loving the REALTOR.ca Member App

More than 27,000 REALTORS® have now tried the REALTOR.ca Member app since its launch, and we wanted to know their thoughts. So, naturally, we asked REALTOR.ca Member app super-users what they love about the app and how it helps their business, and they delivered!

The response from the REALTOR® community followed a few noticeable trends – easy communication and relationship building with clients, an all-in-one platform for information gathering and sharing, and the efficiency automation can provide.

 Leroy D. Dirckx, a REALTOR® from Lions Head, Ontario, who touted the great sharing and communications features said, “I love the REALTOR.ca [Listing] Stats app. I have improved my relationships with clients by allowing them to see the activity that their listing gets!”

While, Kathy Goode, a REALTOR® from St. Thomas, Ontario, said, “I absolutely love this app. I send my sellers an update every couple of days so they can see the activity on their home. They really appreciate it.” 

In an industry where relationships and communication are so vital to your success, tools like this can be the difference between a good, and a great, client experience.

The information the REALTOR.ca Member app provides can be incredibly helpful to your buyer clients. This was highlighted by Craig Cook, a REALTOR® from Port Coquitlam, British Columbia, who said, This app makes it easy to share this data with my clients who love seeing the stats on their properties.

Al De Ascentiis, a REALTOR® from Mississauga, Ontario, also shared, “Being able to share this information in a convenient report that I can send via link to my clients is extremely helpful. The app’s report gives them insight on the interest in their property and enhances the services I provide to them.”

For Nevin Jones, a REALTOR® from Okotoks, Alberta, the luxury of time isn’t always available when on the go, so, having an all-in-one platform to check listing stats, send automated reports to clients, save those reports for future reference, and reach out to new leads directly from the app, is key. The app is great information! It helps give valuable feedback and content to my clients! [I] can share trends and activity on a daily or weekly basis, and can see how most potential buyers are viewing the property! It’s just great all around!”

The REALTOR.ca Member app is also a great tool to monitor and proactively think about your next move based on the metrics you’re noticing from day-to-day. For example, Mary Kirsh, a REALTOR® and broker from Scarborough, Ontario, said, I love the REALTOR.ca [Listings Stats] app because it reflects the traffic flow to the listing. It’s interesting to see how many people make the home one of their favourites. It gives me a pulse on activity and whether the home should sell or whether I might need to make marketing changes such as price, etc. I also like to share the excitement of the activity with my client.” 

Our goal is to develop products that help REALTORS® succeed, so we appreciated the feedback from Anne Marie Richardson, a REALTOR® from Calgary, Alberta, who said, [I] love the reports for my clients that I can automate. I appreciate the lead generation that has taken place…Appreciate whatever comes my way with software improvements.
