The REALTOR.ca Insights Report is back to help your business thrive

In 2018, an average 26 leads were sent to REALTORS® every five minutes. That’s more than 2.7 million leads generated in the last 12 months.

How can REALTORS® benefit from the report?

Using the demographic, behavioural and lifestyle insights, REALTORS® can inform their digital marketing strategy. For example, the primary motivation for first-time home buyers is a change in family status. Using this insight in your advertising messaging could resonate with potential clients.

In addition, when creating advertisements on social media, you may want to consider more than 50% of leads are generated from users aged 25-44.

Share REALTOR.ca’s astronomical traffic numbers to your clients to showcase the importance of REALTOR.ca and using a REALTOR®.

Here are a few examples you can share:

  • On average REALTOR.ca experiences 101,000 property views per hour;
  • 92% of Canadians indicate they’re aware of REALTOR.ca; and
  • There were more than 260 million visits to REALTOR.ca in 2018.
